I’ve started 2026 off by doing the lemonade master cleanse diet. It’s just lemonade and no food. I add 4-5 spoons of lemon juice, 2 spoons of maple syrup, 2 drops of liquid cayenne pepper, and 8oz of cold distilled water. My biggest issue is I’ve never been one to drink much of anything, so I have to force myself to drink at least 5 glasses a day.
